Private coaching sessions last 1 hour and clients receive coach Matt’s 100% attention. Here you can recieve coaching specific to YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS & LEVEL. Whether you’re a beginner learning how to breath while running…or you’re an experienced runner looking to maximize your form and pace; Coach Matt will help you achieve your best results.
Need help on your bike?? Coach Matt also offers Private Bike Coaching. Here we go over basic bike & safety knowledge: shifting gears, proper tire inflation/changing, clipping In pedals, mounting and dismounting the bike, accelerating, group riding, & bike mechanics (big chain ring/little chain ring and cassette.) Let Coach Matt help you to faster speeds, safer rides and a more comfortable cycling experience.
