The March 10k/Recovery Breathing Series is a 5 week progressive training with both morning and evening training options. We practice Monday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and Wednesday/Friday mornings at 6am. Each workout lasts approx. 1 hour and we offer modifications to make the workouts accessible for every level runner!!
The Monday 6pm and Wednesday 6am workouts meet at Venitian Village, north side parking lot.
The Thursday 6pm and Friday 6am practices will leave from Artis Naples Located on the South Side of Pelican Bay (Park in rear of Artis in the South West Corner.)
Leapfrog Offers Multiple Ways to Train!! You may come to any combination of workouts, both morning and evening (*Please note that the morning workout are a repeat of the evening practices and it is recommended that you only come to 2 practices/week.) You may purchase just the Recovery Breathing Series, a Leapfrog PUNCH CARD, or you may purchase a multiple month session to receive a DISCOUNT (Available for Purchase ONLY at a Leapfrog Practice.)
