Running should be fun, right? That’s what we think at Leapfrog Running. Sure, we believe in working hard and pushing our limits, but we also adhere to the belief that running injury-free is more important than running until you puke—and that a personal record (PR) can often be achieved by running smarter, not just running harder.
We also think everyone deserves a coach. We know that every runner—from the woman trying to lose baby weight, to the elite athlete, to the 70-year-old lifetime marathoner—can get fitter and have more fun on our program.
