DON’T MISS THE NEW SERIES STARTING IN JULY: POWER RUNNING!!

Monday 6pm

YMCA (Meet in parking lot on west side of the Y)

Coached Workout: ARMS. Using your Upper Body Strength to Run.
GOAL: To learn to run with your whole body.
LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced.

Run Workout: Light Post Workout. Easy, Medium, Brisk, Hard REPEAT. Practice Pace Change Running.
GOAL: To practice Pace Change & “Units you can handle.”
ALL LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced.

YMCA Workout: Spin Bike. 45 Minutes. Any Pace.
FOCUS. Pedal Stroke.

Leapfrog Athletics Tuesday Skills Ride

Tuesday 6:30am FREE WORKOUT. ALL WELCOME.

Cambier Park: SKILLS RIDE. (meet 8th Street South Side, across from the parking garage)
Coached Ride: Pace Line Riding: The Pull.
GOAL: To provide Bike Skills to all level riders.
ALL LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced.

TUESDAY SPECIAL EVENT: Fit2Run 1 Year Birthday Bash and Celebration!! Coastland Mall. 6-8pm. Optional Fun Run,
Lots of Prizes and Give Aways!! I’ll Be There!!

Wednesday 6am

Thursday 6pm

OAKMONT LOOP. (Meet in parking by LuLu Bee’s Resturant. southwest corner of 41 and Vanderbuilt Beach Rd.)
COACHED WORKOUT: Oakmont Loop. Progressive Pace Change Workout with Light Hills and Turns.
GOAL: Develop Run Strategy. Make a Mental Plan. Practice Active Breathing
Techniques.
ALL LEVELS: Beginners to Advanced.

RUN WORKOUT: (Alternate) 50 Minute Run. Heat Adaptation. Breath Work…Medium Effort.
GOAL: To Sustain Active Breathing.
Level: ALL LEVELS

RAIN WORKOUT: YMCA. Up/Down Treadmill Workout. Flat Road Easy Run 2:30, Uphill 4.0 Minimum 2:30
Medium Run. REPEAT CYCLE 35 Minutes. 50 Crunches, 50 Push Ups. Light Stretches.

Friday 6am

Friday 6pm FREE WORKOUT. ALL WELCOME.

Naples Beach Club (meet in the sand in front of the beach bar)
SWIM/SOCIAL: Join Leapfrog & Friends as we end our work week with this Casual Open Water Swim! This is
a FAMILY FRIENDLY ALL LEVELS SWIM & SOCIAL. Swim a Little or A Lot! Stay for Sunset and
Enjoy! BYOB for the Beach Social.
GOAL: To end your work week with a lite swim and some beach time with family/friends!!
ALL LEVELS: Beginners to Advanced (BEGINNERS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!!)
