Workout Schedule week of June 29th.

Monday 6pm

YMCA (Meet in parking lot on west side of the Y)

Coached Workout: Coached workout is ON YOUR OWN at the Y. 30 Second Plank, 30 Second Wall Squat, Pace
Change Lap Around The YMCA (Easy, Medium, Brisk, Hard. NEGATIVE SPLIT WORKOUT.)
GOAL: Practice Pace Change and Negative Split Running.
LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced.

Run Workout: 40 Minute Pace Change Run: 2 SETS: 5 Minutes Easy, 5 Minutes Medium, 5 Minutes Brisk,
5 Minutes Hard. REPEAT. Practice Negative Split Running.
GOAL: To practice Pace Change & Negative Split Running. POSTURE: Not Collapsing.
ALL LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced.

YMCA Workout: STAIR MASTER. 30 Minutes. Any Pace. Light Stretches.
FOCUS. Posture. No Hand Use on the Stair Master.

Leapfrog Athletics Tuesday Skills Ride

Tuesday 6:30am FREE WORKOUT. ALL WELCOME.

Cambier Park: SKILLS RIDE. (meet 8th Street South Side, across from the parking garage)
Coached Ride: Coach is at Training…Ride Still Goes!! Time in The Saddle.
GOAL: To provide Bike Skills to all level riders.
ALL LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced.

Wednesday 6am

YMCA…Please see the Monday Workout above as this practice is the same.

Thursday 6pm

YMCA (Meet in parking lot on west side of the Y)
COACHED WORKOUT: 5k Practice Run. MENTAL PREP FOR THE FIRECRACKER 5K.
GOAL: Develop Race Strategy. Make a Mental Plan. Practice Active Breathing
Techniques.
ALL LEVELS: Beginners to Advanced.

RUN WORKOUT: (Alternate) 50 Minute Run. Build to Brisk Effort…MAINTAIN.
GOAL: To Sustain Brisk Pace.
Level: ALL LEVELS

YMCA WORKOUT: TRIPLE THREAT. 15 Minutes on each: Treadmill, Stair Climber, Spin Bike. ANY ORDER.
Change SOMETHING on Each Machine EVERY 2:30. Speed, Elevation, Resistance. YOUR CHOICE.

Friday 6am

YMCA…Please see the Thursday Workout above as this practice is the same.

Friday 6pm FREE WORKOUT. ALL WELCOME.

Naples Beach Club (meet in the sand in front of the beach bar)
SWIM/SOCIAL: Join Leapfrog & Friends as we end our work week with this Casual Open Water Swim! This is
a FAMILY FRIENDLY ALL LEVELS SWIM & SOCIAL. Swim a Little or A Lot! Stay for Sunset and
Enjoy! BYOB for the Beach Social.
GOAL: To end your work week with a lite swim and some beach time with family/friends!!
ALL LEVELS: Beginners to Advanced (BEGINNERS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!!)
